Golden Years Psychological Services, PLLC is a New York-based telehealth practice dedicated exclusively to the psychological care of Medicare-eligible older adults. We do not operate a general practice. Every clinical decision, every approach, and every session is shaped by deep specialization in the unique emotional and psychological landscape of later life.

Care is delivered entirely via secure video telehealth, removing barriers of geography, mobility, and transportation so that no older adult in New York has to go without meaningful psychological support.

Process

How a referral works.

Contact Us
Physicians, care managers, social workers, family members, or patients themselves may reach out by email. We respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, without exception.

Clinical Review
We discuss the case, clarify presenting concerns, and confirm that our services are the right fit. If they are not, we help identify who would be better placed to help.

Intake & First Session
We schedule a thorough clinical intake via secure video. Sessions are conducted at a pace comfortable to the patient, with attention to cognitive and sensory accessibility.

Ongoing Care
Regular therapy sessions are provided with coordinated communication back to referring clinicians when appropriate and consented to by the patient.

We work with Medicare-eligible adults aged 65 and over across New York State.

Insurance

We accept Medicare, with no out-of-pocket cost for most patients.

We accept Medicare. For the majority of eligible patients, sessions are covered in full, removing financial barriers to ongoing psychological care.

We are currently accepting new patients with no waitlist. Referring providers and families are encouraged to reach out early so that care can begin without delay.
